About the role
The opportunity
Pollination is looking for Associates to join our dynamic office in Sydney. You will work alongside a friendly and experienced team to advise corporates, financial institutions, and governments on all aspects of the transition to climate net zero and nature-based solutions. Working as part of a team of subject matter experts, you will drive value for clients across a wide range of sectors.
In this role you will:
- Design structured solutions and best in class analysis to solve our clients most challenging issues
- Source and process commercial, environmental, financial, and socio -economic data and leverage Pollination’s expertise to develop new insights for clients
- Own the production of client facing materials, such as financial models, pitch decks, case studies, reports, and data presentations
- Help clients to manage their internal engagement, including having regular contact with external stakeholders, supporting in client meetings, client contact, and communicating the conclusions of key pieces of analysis.
- Assist in the development of problem-solving strategies across client groups, including developing Pollination IP and thought leadership.
