About the role

The Role

We are looking for casual employees to join our dynamic, enthusiastic, and supportive Investor Services team! This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in financial markets and corporate customer service.

As a casual Investor Services Associate you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to a target audience using pre-approved scripts. No cold calls! These calls are not sales calls but will aim to gather shareholder intent regarding General Meetings, Annual General Meetings, and other Corporate Action Activity and provide further information to shareholders about their shareholding.
