About the role
Reporting directly to the Group Financial Accounting Manager, the Financial Accountant will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate and reliable transactions as well as working collaboratively with other key finance partners across CCEP.
Supporting the Treasury accountant for 2 days which includes:
- Processing of transactions in API Treasury bank accounts.
- Reconciliation of API Treasury bank accounts and ledgers (subsidiary – Quantum, primary - SAP) identifying and clearing any variances.
- Managing and reconciling intercompany/related party balances and transactions managed by API Treasury.
- Managing processes to update month end foreign currency rates, manually calculated month end market prices, non-Australian hedge accounting journals and intercompany interest Processing month end tax entries in SAP.
Consolidation and Month end
- Working with the BPC in charge for month end consolidation including processing journals
- Preparation of reporting templates as allocated.
- Responsible for SOX controls as assigned.
Other tasks:
- Processing Adhoc payments.
- Various Adhoc projects, and also includes projects around continuous improvement of all facets of processes detailed above.
