About the role
Reporting to the Vehicle Sales Team Leader, you’ll be working with a diverse range of customers in the delivery of novated car leasing products and services. This is a permanent full-time role with opportunities in NSW,SA,WA
You’ll be qualifying and managing new and existing customers from quote to when they finally receive their dream vehicle.
Key responsibilities include:
- You'll nurture and convert incoming leads to finance
- You'll provide lease quotations, source and dispose of vehicles
- You'll assist customers with credit applications while maintaining strong customer service throughout the process
- You'll identify and refer cross sell and upsell opportunities
You'll organise and manage a pipeline and meet targets
What you'll be responsible for

Provide ongoing training, support, and incentives that motivate and retain sales team members

Purchasing and Vendor Management
Manage suppliers by negotiating contracts, controlling costs, reducing risks, and ensuring business needs are met
