About the role

Hatch is hiring our first-ever candidate acquisition specialist! 👀

We’re looking for someone motivated to help us expand our rapidly growing candidate community as we become Australia’s favourite place to find work. 

This opportunity is best suited to someone who has previous experience in recruitment or talent sourcing for professional hires and a deep motivation to help us on our mission to help all people find meaning in work. 

This role is part-time and contract, fit for a candidate who is excited about working on an exciting acquisition experiment using various sourcing techniques.

A standard day will look like;

  • Looking at reports and dashboards to understand our current demand from employers
  • Using various sourcing channels to identify high quality talent and inviting them to join Hatch
  • Working closely across the GTM team who work directly with employers and candidates

    Use different sourcing tools, channels and communities to identify and acquire top talent that would be a fit for our marketplace

    Brand Positioning

    For many candidates you'll be the first interaction they'll have with Hatch, ensuring you position and represent our brand correctly is crucial to a positive candidate experiene.

    Data Analysis and Reporting

    Track and report across key metrics to continually drive better efficiency optimising for a positive candidate and employer experience on Hatch
