About the role
We are seeking a passionate and growth focused Partnership Marketer to join the Bridgit team, based in Sydney, Australia. As a Partnership Marketer you will have the opportunity to nurture and grow the Bridgit B2B community, having a direct impact on business performance. You will work across multiple partnership verticals as the business grows, including with Mortgage Brokers, Real Estate Agents and other property professionals.
The role requires someone who is passionate about joining a high-growth start-up in the Fintech space, is agile, well-organised, loves to collaborate and build relationships, whilst also having the ability to get their hands dirty!

- Support the marketing team in the development of the B2B marketing plan
- Coordinate, execute and track the performance of B2B marketing initiatives
- Develop marketing collateral to support the sales team and Bridgit partners (Brochures, eDMs, Case Studies, Digital Brochures, Presentations etc.)
- Manage and execute digital and physical events for our partners (Webinars, Events, Trade Shows)
- Develop and execute the always on email marketing program across partner segments
