Why Spriggy
Spriggy is a family app designed to help parents and children manage their money together. Children get their own prepaid VISA card and parents can track their child's spending, set savings goals and organise regular pocket money payments in the app.

About the role
Bring your creativity, customer empathy, and dedicated problem-solving skills to define, own and lead the design and execution of our flagship product - Pocket Money. You will play a critical role, with a clear, singular focus, in helping Spriggy accelerate its growth.
This is a hands-on role, and you’ll be working alongside a team including product managers, designers, engineers and data scientists to create delightful experiences for parents and kids.
We’re a small, hyper-efficient team that will require you to be communicative, adaptable, fast learning and focused on user experience and growth. We believe that the core traits required to create this explosive growth are passion, dedication and creativity.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is fundamentally simple;
- Seek to deeply understand our parents and kids needs, wants and concerns through research and data
- Enable the dissemination of that information to the wider business
- Utilise those insights to design effective and delightful experiences for them
- Introduce processes and practices to ensure that user experience remains a central focus as we scale.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our Design System (consistent with our Brand Guidelines) that can be extended to multiple products as we scale.

Collaborate with Product Management to lead the design process enabling the build of the Product vision to meet market and user needs

Create and apply a set of rules and principles to manage design at scale using reusable components and patterns to maintain a consistent product experience
