About the role

In this role you will be responsible for assisting with the execution of digital value strategy, the digital communications plan, and improving customer retention metrics such as customer visitation and LTV. This role is within the digital arm of the Marketing team however will work cross functionally with Consumer & Business Insights, MarTech, Data Science, Technology and Marketing Teams. You will report directly into the Loyalty & CRM Manager. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering the best experience for our customers whilst working with cutting edge technologies to drive competitive advantage. Applications close COB Friday 6 September.

What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?

  • Delivering the eCommerce strategy to improve performance and customer outcomes 
  • Working with cross functional teams to deploy eCommerce levers within our app
  • Working with the marketing team to deliver eCommerce integration into campaigns
  • Working with agency teams to deliver the plan through effective prioritisation and resource management, as well as report on performance, gather learnings and fuel optimisation pipeline
  • Assisting with the development of the test and learn plan for the loyalty program to ensure benefits are constantly being analysed and optimised

  • Experience in a digitally focused retention role
  • A commercial mind that has a good understanding of loyalty and offers programs
  • Outstanding execution skills with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding work planning and time management skills
  • Excellent communication
  • A passion for numbers and analytical skills
  • A strong team player that will embrace the cross functional aspect of the role

Desirable:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience
