About the role
We're excited to introduce you to our newly established position as a Technical Business Analyst. You'll play a pivotal part in translating business needs into remarkable technological advancements. Your mission? Collaborate closely with stakeholders, evaluate, define requirements, set the scope, and engineer business solutions that align perfectly with McDonald’s strategic and operational needs, both in technology and business. 7
What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?
· Crafting strategic roadmaps for designated applications
· Skillfully gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
· Orchestrating workshops to capture and document technical, functional, and business specifications
· Collaborating closely with solution architects, product owners, and vendors to ensure the delivery of crystal-clear and effective solutions
· Working hand-in-hand with business units to ensure applications align seamlessly with their needs
· Offering your subject matter expertise to enhance McDonald’s systems
· Prudently managing projects, delivering results that stay well within budgetary boundaries
· Coordinating the provision of outsourced resources for support and development
· Navigating the entire McDonald’s applications lifecycle
· Guiding the process of change control by raising requests and ensuring that solution documentation is current
· Keeping our Technology Solutions documentation and knowledge base up-to-date
· Spearheading the identification of system and process changes that elevate solution reliability
