About the role

We are seeking an energetic and driven Strategic Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. This is not just any internship; it's a runway to gain unparalleled experience by working directly under the mentorship of a senior leader within our multifaceted business group.
- Engage with multiple departments including talent acquisition, marketing, sales, operations, process automation, market research, and product development.
- Contribute to the growth strategies of our diverse business units encompassing real estate, finance, property investment, corporate/government advisory, management consulting, and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Assist in scaling small business ventures, providing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to support projects beyond standard business hours when necessary.
- resent professionally and communicate effectively with government officials, C-suite executives, and key stakeholders.
- Participate in a high-performance culture, with an expectation to be adaptable and proactive as no two days will be the same.
- Implementing and utilsing AI to streamline business processes.
