About the role
As the Revenue Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing tasks, processes and controls that ensure accurate and reliable revenue generation and billing. This also involves identifying and addressing potential risks, preventing revenue leakages, and optimizing revenue streams.

- Acquiring, loading and analysing of complex data sets.
- Managing high-lighted issues through to resolution and design/implement changes to operational business processes and systems to minimize the risk of the issue occurring again and potential exposure to revenue leakage.
- Streamlining and automating the assurance processes and controls.
- Reviewing controls for further automation to reduce the effort to complete and resolve.
- Assisting in various improvement projects assigned to the team
