About the role
We're seeking a dynamic Growth & Customer Success Specialist who goes beyond traditional roles, and embraces the opportunity and challenges that are encompassed in joining a team at this early stage. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and is excited to take ownership across both customer-facing sales/growth efforts and onboarding-driven customer success.
This is a hybrid role: you’ll help us generate and qualify leads, run demos, and shape messaging and outreach—then transition those customers into successful, activated users through tailored onboarding and strategic support.
You'll not only be the voice of the customer within our company but also play a pivotal role in product development, feedback loops, and growth strategy.
What You'll Do:
🔥 Growth (Sales & Outreach Focused):
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Support outbound prospecting efforts, work with our marketing agency on campaigns, and engage leads via email, LinkedIn, and events.
- Run Demos & Follow-ups: Own or support product walkthroughs and demos, tailored to different buyer personas. Help move leads through the funnel with fast, thoughtful follow-up.
- Message & Market Testing: Collaborate on refining our go-to-market messaging across channels—working closely with our founders and agency partners to iterate fast and learn what resonates.
- Pipeline Support: Help maintain and grow our pipeline by identifying high-intent leads and supporting the handover from interest to onboarding.
✨ Customer Success (Onboarding & Activation Focused):
- Onboarding & Activation: Own the onboarding experience—guiding new customers through setup, training, and early wins. Ensure they hit their first “aha!” moments quickly and consistently.
- Customer Enablement: Create self-serve guides, walkthroughs, and FAQ content. Host onboarding calls and check-ins to drive deeper adoption.
- Retention & Support: Monitor customer health and usage, proactively flag risk signals, and jump in to support customer queries or challenges.
- Feedback Loop: Act as the customer’s voice—bringing product feedback and insights into our internal strategy conversations.

Effectively prioritize and manage deals to meet sales targets, including coordination with AEs and Marketing to land prospects

Lead Qualification
Determine which prospective customers are most likely to purchase the organization's product/service, using a lead specific qualification framework

Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers
