About the role

The work of our Public Sector team supports all areas of government activity through the provision of legal services. Ashley’s team act for government departments and agencies in a range of dispute resolution and litigation matters (including merits review and judicial review, tort claims and contractual disputes) as well as provide advice on decision making and the management of legal risks, statutory interpretation, regulatory matters, the conduct of compliance and enforcement activities, and in relation to privacy and access to information matters.
