About the role
In our Melbourne Private Audit team, be prepared to be constantly working with a diverse range of clients, managing a range of high profile and complex accounting issues. Bring your external audit background on board to support the delivery of financial statement audits for active Australian and international private companies, not-for-profit organisations, private equity firms and venture capital firms across a wide range of industries. You may also get exposure to prospectus processes and IPO readiness services where you will be required to work with our clients through the entire M&A lifecycle including advice on transactions (trade sale, financial sponsorship, IPO) including related accounting and tax matters and reviewing sale and purchase agreements.

Participate in the formulation of recommendations to clients based on audit findings

Conduct supervised audit tests and procedures to obtain sufficient and appropriate audit evidence

Communicate with clients to obtain information and respond to their queries related to the audit
