About the role
You will be empowered to reshape how consumers engage with hipages by creating seamless and personalised experiences on and off the platform. The purpose of the role is to drive repeat job postings on the platform by our customers.
What you'll be responsible for

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve specific goals, including awareness, engagement, and leads

Execute marketing strategy by using relevant marketing channels

We’re a dynamic, versatile, and creative team that doesn’t waste time with bureaucracy by taking an agile approach. We’re very comfortable with data, constantly testing and learning, taking educated risks, and developing as we go.
