About the role
Qantas Group Engineering stands as a beacon in aviation, entrusted with the maintenance and care of both the Qantas fleet and aircraft for our valued customers. Our Graduates play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to excellence and ensuring passenger safety, utilising cutting-edge equipment and resources. Our Engineering Graduates, equipped with degrees in mechanical, electrical, or aerospace engineering, grasp our objectives and are poised to take the initiative in driving progress. As an Engineering Graduate, you'll dive into providing comprehensive engineering support services across our international, domestic, and regional fleet. You'll contribute to the introduction of new aircraft types and collaborate on exciting projects with internal stakeholders such as technical crews and airports. Each day presents fresh challenges, but you'll find yourself surrounded by a wealth of experience ready to support and guide you in various ways. From mentorship and coaching to access to resources and expertise across the organisation, together, we'll exceed expectations and achieve more than we ever imagined.
