About the role

The Business Development Representative (BDR) Team Lead plays a vital role within the Commercial team, overseeing the development and execution of sales strategies while nurturing team performance. This position is instrumental in guiding the BDR team toward fulfilling the company's overarching vision, maintaining alignment with company values, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Through proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams, the BDR Team Lead ensures the smooth implementation of sales initiatives, streamlines operations, and drives results-oriented growth.

What you'll be responsible for

    Outbound Prospecting

    Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers

    Sales Pipeline Management

    Efficiently navigate the CRM and other operational tools to create, update, retrieve, and understand information about accounts and opportunities

    Identify opportunities to enhance processes and resources that enable team performance and time spent with prospects or customers
