About the role
We work on the leading acquisition/leveraged finance, corporate finance, private capital, syndicated TLBs, holdco, subordinated and mezzanine financings, debt trades, offshore high yield financings, debt restructurings and everything in between.
What you'll be responsible for

Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts and policies

Legal Advice
Write advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of legal issues, including employment law, commercial law, and intellectual property law

Research and analyze legal issues for clients including case law, regulations, and legal precedents
