About the role

We're on the hunt for a dynamic, Global HRBP for a part of our Engineering organisation. We are looking for someone to strategically partner with Atlassian leadership to help us scale and deliver best-in-class services to our teams. In your role, you will help to build a high performing business team by solving spicy problems, curating development for leaders and architecting the culture of the teams you support.

Understand and develop a strong and cohesive organizational culture

Internal Stakeholder Partnership
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the business and advise on Human Resource matters

Design and implement People and Culture projects to support the organization’s goals, and meet compliance requirements
