About the role
About the role As the face of PEXA’s head office, the Workplace Coordinator will act as a welcome and friendly reception for staff, visitors, suppliers, contractors ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
This is an office based role. Our office is located at Tower 4, Level 16, 727 Collins Square Docklands.
What you'll be responsible for

Purchasing and Vendor Management
Manage suppliers by negotiating contracts, controlling costs, reducing risks, and ensuring business needs are met

Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights

Facilities and Asset Management
Source and manage the tools, services, and processes that support the operations of the organization’s office and assets
