Our Customer Success team is an all-remote group spread across multiple time zones so we can work closely with customers when they need us

What you'll be responsible for

    Problem Identification

    Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis

  • Hypothesis Development

    Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop hypotheses for product growth

  • 💼

    Execution and Project Management

    Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
