About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a SME Sales Specialist to grow bookings from existing MYOB customers in the Accounting / Professional Services segment. You will manage an assigned territory of customers leveraging campaigns and content prepared by Marketing and Sales Enablement. You’ll have full accountability for identifying, qualifying, pursuing, and successfully closing opportunities.

As a Sales Specialist you’ll be part of a team of passionate, hard working sellers executing best in class sales methodologies and pipeline management processes in delivering high volume, fast velocity revenue growth. By executing the MYOB Sales process you’ll meet or exceed sales quotas, optimise your sales conversion rates, and reduce sales cycle time, while helping small to medium enterprises start, survive, and succeed. This role will suit a Sales professional with that true "hunter" style!

What you'll be responsible for

    Outbound Prospecting

    Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers

    Sales Pipeline Management

    Efficiently navigate the CRM and other operational tools to create, update, retrieve, and understand information about accounts and opportunities

    Sales Team Enablement

    Identify opportunities to enhance processes and resources that enable team performance and time spent with prospects or customers
