About the role
Where do you want to go? The Data and Analytics Manager is responsible for driving data quality control, governance, data availability and delivering and curating user-centric data visualisation solutions for the Bayer pharmaceutical team.
Collaborating with peers within the Business Excellence team (analytics, business platforms, and digital) your key tasks focus on accountability for data stewardship, analytics and data visualisation.
You will have excellent hands-on skills maintaining metadata and be comfortable liaising with local stakeholders to identify data needs, along with collaborating with global data and technology teams to enable data readiness.
Your passion for solving problems using data will be driven by your desire to support brand squads and the broader organisation to deliver a best in class service to our external customers. Working in an agile environment, you will thrive on providing expertise and driving innovation to deliver the best outcome as we strive to achieve our mission of health for all, hunger for none.
This is a full time, permanent position, where we work in a hybrid work model of a minimum 3 days in the Pymble office.
