About the role
Team & Opportunity
As part of Enterprise Risk Management, this role will deliver enterprise risk expertise to Vanguard Australia (including Vanguard Investments Australia and Vanguard Super). Reporting to the Senior Manager, Divisional Risk, this position drives collaboration with key business partners across Vanguard's Product Offer, HR and Finance divisions to ensure all risk matters are considered and addressed.
This role is responsible for helping to create a risk aware culture amongst the Product Offer, HR and Finance divisions through embedded second-line risk management support. You will partner closely with the business to enable strong risk management in decision making and position the division to take opportunities in support of its strategic objectives

Monitor risk levels and report potential risks to senior management and other stakeholders

Risk Management Policies and Procedures
Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the organization

Risk Identification and Assessment
Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks, and develop strategies to manage and mitigate these risks
