About the role

This role is crucial for supporting our significant growth and ensuring an exceptional employee experience across the SafetyCulture Group. Joining the P&C team at SafetyCulture means you'll be part of a dedicated and passionate group committed to making a difference. Here, you're not only supporting the development of our people; you're actively shaping and enhancing our culture as we scale.
As a People Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and improving our people processes to support the lifecycle of our employees. You will spend approximately 70% of your time on core operational duties, such as managing our HR service desk and handling cyclical HR processes. The remaining 30% will be dedicated to project work aimed at evolving and scaling our employee experience.
