About the role

Role Overview Join us as a Customer Experience Specialist where you will play a pivotal role in transforming the way we handle debt recovery and customer experiences with debt. Utilise your exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage customers empathetically and negotiate optimal repayment solutions that respect their circumstances and meet our clients' needs.

What you'll be responsible for

    Query Handling

    Address and resolve queries, questions, and problems to ensure positive customer outcomes and experiences

    Customer Education and Onboarding

    Assist customers in onboarding, provide education on product features, and give personalized support for success

    Complaints Resolution

    Log, investigate, and resolve customer dissatisfaction or problems, to improve negative customer experiences
