About the role
Culture Amp is looking for an exceptional Lead Analytics Engineer, based out of Melbourne or Sydney to lead a team that empowers insights for our global business from our data. Your team will steward organizational data knowledge, curating and organising data so that analysts can do their work more effectively. Your role will require a balance of technical data expertise, people leadership and long-term strategic planning. In doing so, you’ll unlock value from data that can help delight our customers, impact our business and create a better world of work.
What you'll be responsible for

Data Cleaning and Preparation
Extract and clean data ready to use in analysis or to users

Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions

Use SQL to query databases to extract and process data
