About the role
About The Opportunity
Being part of NSW Health Pathology means you are helping create better health and justice systems every day. We operate more than 60 laboratories and around 200 collection centres across NSW and conduct over 60 million tests per annum. Our Forensic & Analytical Science Service provides independent, objective analysis to the NSW criminal and coronial justice system. This a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-performing People and Culture team supporting our network of pathologists, scientists, technicians and support staff.
The position will be based in Lidcombe, but the successful applicant must be able to travel across the state to provide leave relief, with anticipated extended periods of time in Newcastle, Westmead, and Sydney.

Meet the team
Responsible for providing senior subject matter expertise, leadership and business partnering with a primary focus on statewide operational HR projects while ensuring delivery consistent with the organisational strategy and priorities. The Senior Human Resources Manager will create resourcing flexibility, offer surge capacity and where appropriate, provide leave relief to the Associate Directors, Human Resources as required.
