About the role
How you’ll make an impact
As the Head of Affiliate Marketing & New Channels at Xero, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our affiliate marketing program to maximize revenue and brand exposure. You will work closely with other channel teams, business development, and affiliate partners to develop strategies, identify opportunities, and manage end-to-end affiliate marketing efforts.
You will also lead the development of new channels, like TikTok, Reddit, Programmatic Display, and more. You will lead the selection and early development of these channels while ensuring we can thoughtfully deploy more resources as channels prove to scale at attractive ROAS.
