About the role
Your role
At Allens, our business teams are also specialists in their field, using their unique knowledge and expertise to solve critical client and business challenges.
You'll be a part of our Early Careers Graduate Recruitment Team based in Melbourne. You'll take responsibility for hiring our future talent - particularly our Clerks and Graduates. You will work in a collaborative environment to attract talent and help high-performing students through our recruitment process to start their careers with us.
What you'll be responsible for

Candidate Management
Create good candidate experiences and relationships by engaging and supporting applicants throughout the recruitment funnel

Sourcing, Screening and Interviewing
Source candidates suitable for open roles, screen them, and interview them with hiring managers

Recruitment Coordination
Coordinate meetings and events and align parties throughout the recruitment lifecycle
