Sydney or Melbourne - Hybrid - Senior Associate

Our People & Culture team bring to life by working at the very heart of our business as innovators across all areas relating to people. We deliver by staying ahead of the game on the latest management thinking and cutting edge technology, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results. And our team is expanding. We’re looking for an HR Senior Data Analyst to provide support across a number of our People systems and their integrations, as well as assisting in the delivery of reporting and dashboard solutions to our vast community of solvers.

Use the know-how you've gained in Recruitment or Human Resources with Human Resources Information Systems experience and IT background. With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout. You'll learn plenty as you work with our People & Culture teams to reimagine their data, enhancing the insights to be able to interpret in a workplace that’s human-led and tech-enabled.

What you'll be responsible for

    Data Analysis and Reporting

    Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions

  • Stakeholder Engagement

    Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
