About the role
An opportunity has arisen for a Contracts and Finance Executive to join our highly successful and market leading Residential team. Based in the Sydney CBD office, you will work across Sydney’s most sought-after residential projects processing contracts of sales for all off the plan apartment sales.
Leveraging decades of experience, our contract of sale and finance procedures have been designed to ensure accurate and swift processing. This role will suit someone who thrives in fast paced environment and is a highly detailed individual.
What you'll be responsible for

Process Management and Ongoing Improvement
Manage and improve organizational processes to minimize complexities and increase productivity

Accounts Payable and Receivable Management
Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable, issue invoices and undertake reconciliations

Pipeline Management
Prioritize and maintain pipeline while owning the sales cycle from discovery to close, in order to meet targets and goals
