About the role
In 2020 we started our community program with a quarterly virtual event called UpGuard Summit to help customers hear from us about the latest product developments and regularly hear from each other about best practices. Summit has had a measurable positive impact on customer retention and sales effectiveness, so it’s time to find the right person to take our community strategy to the next level!

Responsibilities
Event Management
Plan, coordinate, execute, and assess events for internal and external stakeholders that achieve a specific goal
Visual Content Production
Create visual content, including words, graphics, photos, and videos, to achieve specific marketing and communication goals
Strategy and Campaign Formulation
Develop the organization’s marketing goals and the long-term efforts involving key marketing channels to achieve these goals
Community Management
Create a positive community amongst stakeholders with ongoing support and conversations, to strengthen relationships, foster loyalty, and increase advocacy
