About the role
Bugcrowd is looking for a Senior Account Manager to work with our B2B client base including some of the top brands and largest organizations in the world. We’re looking for a customer-facing, organized individual with account management and sales experience. This role involves working closely with Sales, Support and Product teams to provide product and client feedback that directly affects our roadmap. The Account Management team is responsible for the implementation of Bugcrowd technology, and driving client satisfaction and retention

Ensure the top of the sales pipeline is adequately filled with quality leads

Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs
