About the role
As a member of the News Xtend Performance team, you will help execute the tactical planning, implementation and activation of Search, Social & Display campaigns.
The Performance Marketing Manager performs in-platform buying and analyses delivery of News Xtend’s clients. The role partners with the Campaign Management team to offer account optimisation strategies to drive performance.
In addition to hands-on Search, Social & Programmatic buying, the role provides exposure to News Xtend operations, working with team leads and department heads to deliver great results for our customers and help drive operational efficiencies.
Success in this position is measured by delivery of a campaign ROI, which can range from Branding (e.g. awareness, consideration, intent) to Performance (e.g. usage, acquisition, ROAS). Overall customer retention and satisfaction is a priority KPI for this role, so attention to detail is a must have. Providing solutions to day to day operational challenges will provide development opportunities and provide exposure to different areas on the News Xtend family.
Overall, you’re passionate about the broader media industry and will be a key player in the growth of Xtend Performance team. You enjoy working in a team environment and collaborating with others to solve problems and deliver exceptional work.
