About the role

What You’ll Do

  • Managing and coordinating key operating forums, such as weekly trade meetings and major offsites.
  • Reviewing and streamlining the WooliesX operating rhythm and cadences for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Providing executive-level support to stakeholders, including preparing and reviewing presentations and correspondence.
  • Collaborating with the business support manager to plan and manage WX leadership forums, events, and team-related activities.
  • Proactively forward plan and project manage end to end event management, organisation, logistical support and facilitation of small / large scale events.

What You’ll Bring

  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
  • Meticulous in quality management and implementing administrative processes.
  • Previous events experience, especially in project managing large-scale events.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
