About the role
What You’ll Do
- Managing and coordinating key operating forums, such as weekly trade meetings and major offsites.
- Reviewing and streamlining the WooliesX operating rhythm and cadences for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Providing executive-level support to stakeholders, including preparing and reviewing presentations and correspondence.
- Collaborating with the business support manager to plan and manage WX leadership forums, events, and team-related activities.
- Proactively forward plan and project manage end to end event management, organisation, logistical support and facilitation of small / large scale events.
What You’ll Bring
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
- Meticulous in quality management and implementing administrative processes.
- Previous events experience, especially in project managing large-scale events.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
