Do you want to help build the future of HealthTech in Australia? Do you want to be surrounded by the most ambitious innovators building game changing technologies that are having a real impact on the healthcare system? This is a part-time position, typically 20 hours per week, well suited to someone in their final year of study. 

As a Program Coordinator you’ll be managing the day-to-day activities supporting startups working on solutions to tackle some of the most pressing health problems facing humankind. You will be the first point of contact for all our resident programs and take charge of the engagement and events for our residents. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supported by our central Marketing & Events team, you will create and coordinate community events for our residents as well as assist in the coordination of educational programs, industry nights, workshops, and Incubator Open House events
• You will help Cicada maintain regular engagement with health tech founders and entrepreneurs, commercialisation personnel, researchers and clinicians. You’ll support communication, marketing, and business development efforts. 
• Implement and maintain impact metrics to produce high quality program reports, documents, and presentations to key stakeholders. 
• You’ll capture, decipher & report on success metrics of our programs
