About the role

ImpexDocs is looking to hire an Customer Onboarding Specialist /Business Analyst to be based at their Sydney office. ImpexDocs provides a cloud-based Export Management solution to the Australian market. Our solutions streamline the Export operations of a company. We are looking for a young energetic person to assist us in our ongoing project implementation and customer support.

The primary purpose of this role will be to undertake Business Analyst tasks such as problem solving, writing business requirements, defining test strategy and scenarios, performing functional testing and post release testing and providing customer support.

The candidate should be a keen learner and will be trained on the job. The work also involves interacting with our offshore team and with our local clients. Occasional travelling may be required around Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

Problem solving

Gathering requirements from stakeholders and Business representatives

Work with operations staff to identify improvements and gather requirements.

Work with offshore developers to execute on specifications

Prepare and execute testing

Provide customer support

Conduct training

Knowledge and Experience:

2+ year’s Business Analyst experience.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computers/Software

Previous experience in Logistics Services (Freight Forwarding, Export/Import) is preferable

SDLC experience.
