You'll be integral to the ongoing technical development and enhancement of our platform. This will start with taking our MVP to a fully fledged enterprise market ready product. We're looking for someone with experience in Enterprise SaaS / HR Tech / People Analytics who's up for the early stage startup way of working (i.e. willing to wear multiple hats, high tolerance to risk, comfortable with ambiguity, can learn/move fast, attitude of learning and growth over failure). First and foremost though, you need to be someone who cares about building diverse, collaborative, and intelligent teams, and a personal resonance and empathy with the problem.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement front-end and back-end systems (a heavier front-end focus preferred)
• Develop robust APIs and update MySQL database schemas
• Create intuitive UX and front-end designs, implementing basic styling concepts
• Assure software quality through feedback mechanisms, automated testing, and exploratory testing
• Write maintainable and scalable code, adhering to clean code principles
• Keeps tech debt at a manageable level to ensure we can deliver the functionality, scalability, reliability, security and performance we need to win
