About the role

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) eager to contribute to our sales Teams success. This role is pivotal in generating leads, conducting market research, and ensuring our CRM system's data integrity, all while working closely with the sales team to convert leads into successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential leads that match our criteria, employing various outreach methods such as cold calling and mass emailing to engage prospects.
  • Appointment Setting: Efficiently coordinate meetings between potential clients and our sales team, ensuring a smooth transition and preparing our team with all the necessary details to seal the deal.
  • CRM Management and Data Mining: Keep our CRM system up-to-date with accurate lead interactions, contact information, and sales progress, contributing to effective communication and follow-up strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and opportunities, applying your findings to refine our sales approach and uncover new prospects.
  • Collaboration: Work in tandem with the sales team to align strategies, messaging, and target markets, offering insights and support to enhance lead conversion rates.
