Appliances Online is the E-Commerce brand that revolutionised the online appliance market in the early 2000s and has been a leader in the field ever since.

The Customer Support Consultant position entails answering real-time inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat to provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on meeting weekly service and sales KPIs.

  • Smash weekly goals by hitting KPIs like a pro; calls, chats, revenue and customer satisfaction so you can get those well-deserved bonuses. 
  • Handle escalations like a pro, directing them to the very best solutions.
  • Be the bridge between customers and manufacturers, building meaningful relationships from every angle. 
  • Elevate your skills with daily training, master product knowledge, and streamline processes.

Additional information

  • Permanent Full-time role or Part-time (Min 4 days) 
  • Shift patterns available: 6:30am to 3:00pm, 8:30am to 5:00pm, 9:30am to 6:00pm & 2:30pm to 11:00pm. 
  • Competitive Salary + Super + Bonuses + Penalty Rates + Overtime (OTE On Target Earnings $70,000+)!

    Complaints Resolution (online / live chat)

    Log, investigate, and resolve customer dissatisfaction or problems via online platforms, to improve negative customer experiences

    Query Handling (online / live chat)

    Address and resolve queries, questions, and problems via online platforms to ensure positive customer outcomes and experiences
