About the role

The Qantas Frequent Flyer team are looking for two energetic, passionate and talented self-starters to join us. As part of the Rewards Store and Redemptions marketing team, you’ll be working on tasks to support marketing campaigns as well as broader business initiatives to drive redemptions of Qantas Points across the business. This’ll include briefing campaign copy and imagery, uploading content to the Rewards Store website, building eDMs, and using analytics tools to measure and report on campaign effectiveness.


Entry Level (including Interns/Graduates)

A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.


Project Coordination

Coordinate people and processes to ensure the effective and timely running of a project

Campaign Support

Support campaigns through various activities, including brainstorming, copywriting, partner or vendor liaison, and campaign execution

Copywriting and Content Creation

Write compelling content in line with the brand’s voice to achieve key goals, including awareness, ranking, and conversion



Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals

Learning agility

Identifies and applies strategies to enhance reception, retention and use of newly acquired information, skills, and abilities

Attention to detail

Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
