About the role
As Woolworths evolves, so does our Risk Management function. We're seeking a Risk Partner with strong influencing and relationship skills to join us during this exciting time. The Risk Enablement team works on improving risk management frameworks and systems, aligning them with our risk appetite. We also handle executive and board risk reporting. Our mission is to enhance risk foundations and promote an open culture around addressing risks.
What you'll be responsible for

Develop and implement processes and controls to manage and mitigate risks

Control and Risk Process Monitoring and Evaluation
Monitor, improve, and evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and risk management processes

Risk Assessment and Mitigation
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimize or eliminate them to ensure the organization operates in a safe and sustainable manner
