Our office is located in North Strathfield. The team here is a group of skilled, open, and dynamic individuals who work cross-team to solve complicated problems and challenges in this industry disruptive business.
About the role
As an Appointment Setter in our call centre, you will be part of a team of young energetic associates who play a vital role in the success of our business by contacting our potential clients, following up on inquiries, and scheduling appointments for our sales consultants.
What you'll be responsible for

Outbound Prospecting
Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers

Lead Qualification
Determine which prospective customers are most likely to purchase the organization's product/service, using a lead specific qualification framework

Prospect Relationship Building
Develop relationships with prospects to uncover their needs through effective questioning, and to qualify interest and viability
