About the role

Joining the Homebuying Operations Team will see you supporting customers into their homes, working with the team on business-critical operations processes, customer success and efficiency projects.

Joining our team means doing what you love - helping people! On a typical day you will use your exceptional organisational and communication skills to support the homebuying team in executing the critical steps in buying and settling homes for our customers. You will be the key middle person between customers, our team, and many of the partners we work with (think conveyancers, lenders etc.).

Ultimately, your goal will be to manage and evolve our backend homebuying operations and  delight our customers on their home buying journey ensuring they feel supported, heard and excited every step of the way.

    Receive, resolve, or redirect incoming queries to ensure the organization runs smoothly

    Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
