About the role

We are currently seeking an individual who has studied marketing and finance or is in their penultimate year of a marketing and finance degree to provide marketing support to the Head of Marketing & Communications (based in Melbourne).

The individual will be responsible for a variety of marketing tasks including (but not limited to):

  • Checking and reviewing the content of weekly newsletters
  • Reviewing and updating website content
  • Reviewing and updating marketing collateral
  • Run marketing dashboards and undertake analysis to identify trends and areas of improvement
  • Weekly media monitor to ensure press mentions are saved and recorded
  • Support for events, including legal/finance approvals for events, event log updates
  • Support for event communications, including updates to event microsite, run RSVP reports, update attendance records
  • Update and maintenance of marketing processes and procedures document
