About the role
As a Sales Support Agent, you’ll support our Sales Operations team with administrative tasks from following up customers for additional documentation through to qualifying leads in this outbound, phone based role.

Serve as the subject matter expert for the product/service, address customer questions and facilitate requests that need to be actioned by internal teams

Prioritize and maintain pipeline while owning the sales cycle from discovery to close, in order to meet targets and goals
