About the role

Our Talent Acquisition team is entering an exciting chapter of redesign and growth to ensure we are well positioned to build the workforce of the future for the Qantas Group, and this is your chance to jump on board and help shape the TA function.

As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive administration support for the Group Talent Acquisition team. This position is responsible for supporting Campaign (high-volume) recruitment by providing end-to-end coordination and administration activities, working in a fast paced and dynamic environment. In this role you will help coordinate the running of assessment centres, manage a busy inbox, respond to candidate queries and also assist with our compliance and candidate pools.
