About the role

Note - this role is open to accepting applications from qualified candidate's with a Working Holiday Visa.

Joining the Customer Success Team will see you supporting applicants into their homes, partnering with the sales team on a business-critical triage and education project. You'll work alongside the growth, operations, credit and engineering team within the business to learn more about how a high-growth startup functions, and get hands-on experience in the engine of the business.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will enjoy a supportive training program 3-4 days per week.

Joining our team means doing what you love - helping people. On a typical day you will use your exceptional customer service skills to liaise with our customers over the phone and via email. You’ll provide first-level account support to aspiring home-buyers on behalf of the home finance team. Ultimately, your goal will be to delight our customers on their first call and send them away with the confidence to move forward in their homeownership journey.

    Determine which prospective customers are most likely to purchase the organization's product/service, using a lead specific qualification framework

    Execute on designed touch points in the customer journey by developing content, delivering product demonstrations, and other tactics to nurture prospects

    Develop relationships with prospects to uncover their needs through effective questioning, and to qualify interest and viability
