About the role
We are looking for an excellent Distributor Account Manager - NSW/ACT who will be responsible for the management and development of a select group of Distributors accounts within the defined territory, to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets and deliver annual Integrated Business Plans.
- Manage and grow a defined list of approx. 50-60 distributors in the defined territory.
- Formulate and implement account plans and strategies to achieve financial budgets in nominated distributors.
- Maintain and grow Unilever Food Solutions Top 10 strategic and other product ranging.
- Drive growth of Category Share in Key Categories with Strategic and Partner accounts.
- Liaise and provide feedback to Regional Sales Manager in regard to market activity and compile reports as requested.
- Work closely with DSRs in training and educating them in the Unilever Food Solutions range and activations by conducting regular demonstrations/presentations.
- Ensure all national promotional activities are executed and driven at branch level.
- Design and implement (in conjunction with Trade Marketing Manager) local activations across select distribution/trade partners.
- Win in Digital – ensure Strategic Partner and Partner accounts have PSOL landed as a minimum.
- Win in Search on Distributor trade platforms – ensure UFS products feature top of search where applicable.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with all distribution/trade partners.
- Attend all UFS selling skills and Chefmanship training sessions.
- Involvement in trade shows where applicable.
- Build annual business plans (IBP) with Regional Business Manager for relative state.
